Russian Mission K-12 Replacement School

This contract was awarded by the Lower Yukon School District.  It is a 32,000 square foot K-12 school located in Russian Mission, Alaska.  The walls and roof of the structure utilize structurally insulated panels, glue-lam beams, wood joists and structural steel.  In addition to the school, Bering Pacific demolished the old school, remodeled the elementary school into a duplex, and graded the existing site.  Construction on the school began in May of 2009 and was completed in July of 2010.
