Sheldon Point K-12 School 

Sheldon Point is located on the lower Yukon River.  This project consisted of the replacement of the existing K-12 School complex with a new school facility of 20,500 gross square feet.  The new building added additional support space to meed educational program needs, along with ADA, building, fire and life safety code requirements.  The utility and services provided included new roads, parking, thermal siphon piling, a playground with an outdoor basketball court, and a new water and sewer system.
